July 12, 2008 - Trivia Night A Success!

A Trivia Night was held Saturday, July 12 in St.
Louis, MO. About 100 people attended enjoying a
night of fun Trivia, along with food, drinks and a
silent auction. Over $1,300 was raised for Love's
Hope International and will be used towards a new
roof for the orphanage in Buzovgrad, Bulgaria!

June 2008 - Windows Replaced in Buzovgrad,
Bulgaria!

LHI donated windows for the orphanage in
Buzovgrad, Bulgaria. The windows were replaced
in some of the infant rooms. The new energy
efficient windows will replace old, broken ones
and help to keep the elements outside where
they belong!

March 28, 2008 - Ultimate Yard Sale, Savannah,
GA

The Ultimate Yard Sale was held in Savannah,
GA... a group of people representing Love's Hope
International set up a booth and sold lots of
stuff that had been donated by many people!
Proceeds were donated to Love's Hope
International to help pay for the upcoming trip to
Bulgaria in June. The total amount raised was
nearly $200. Many thanks to Linda, John and
Matt for their help!

April 24, 2009 - Pleven Kitchen Repair

Love�s Hope International, along with 2 other organizations, is
raising money for an orphanage in Pleven, Bulgaria - their
kitchen has been condemned by health officials and is set to
be closed in May... unless they raise money to make repairs,
they won't be able to feed the 260 children in the orphanage.

July 1, 2009 - Infant Nutrition Program

We are diligently working to implement our Infant Nutrition
Program in the 0-3 Pleven, Bulgaria orphanage.

Due to the request of the orphanage director, we will
postpone our kickoff of this program until April 1, 2010. But we
are still collecting for these children and the future of the
program!

November, 2009 - Donations for Orphanages in Dren, Bulgaria and Buzovgrad, Bulgaria

LHI has recently provided medicine for children in the orphanage in Dren, Bulgaria. They
have been particularly hard hit by the flu season and LHI has been able to provide over
$500 worth of medicines to help them out! Thank you for making this happen!!

LHI has also recently purchased diapers and food for the orphanage in Buzovgrad,
Bulgaria. They asked us for help in feeding the children during the winter. How difficult
for the orphanage director to be worried about how she will provide food to the children

September 24, 2009 - Girl's Night Out

Skin Solutions of Cumming, GA
(www.allnaturalskinsolutions.org) hosted Girl's Night Out to
raise money for LHI. Over $600 was raised! Women came and
enjoyed all natural facials, massages, and peels. THANKS to
Skin Solutions!

We wanted to take a moment and report the details of our Bulgaria Christmas Project.
We are so happy to announce that it was a huge success, raising over $2,500!!

Love�s Hope International teamed with Adoption Ark to collect money for orphanages in
Bulgaria. Enough money was collected to give THREE orphanages Christmas decorations,
gifts, parties and dinners! The orphanages who received the Christmas surprise were
located in Buzovgrad, Pleven and Stara Zagora. Working with �elves� in each of these
cities, our field director in Bulgaria was able to help us coordinate everything for delivery
to the orphanages!

One of the orphanage directors sent an email to us all:

Hello, There are Christmas packages for the children with chocolate eggs, Kinder bars,
Dannon yougurt, waffle cookies and so on. Our Christmas party in on 22 December.
Then I will make pictures and I will send them by e-mail.

SPECIAL GREETINGS TO OUR AMERICAN FRIENDS! THANK YOU A LOT FOR THE HELP IN
SUCH A DIFFUCULT MOMENT FOR US! A LOT OF SUCCESS HAPPINESS AND HEALTH IN THE
NEW YEAR!

project so we can bring Christmas joy to more children!!

January, 2010 - Donations for Pleven, Bulgaria and Stara Zagora, Bulgaria

Love's Hope International has donated food and formula to the older child (Detalina)
orphanage in Pleven, Bulgaria.

LHI has also purchased a therapeutic whirlpool for the special needs children in the
orphanage in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.
